Gavins Birthday

We celebrated Gavin's birthday the weekend before the fourth since Gavin would be on his way to Havasupai on his birthday. On Friday Gavin and I we went to dinner at Margaritaville (fun atmosphere, OK food) and then went and saw Iornman which we both enjoyed very much. On Sunday I made one of Gavin's favorites which is my Dad's fried chicken, potatoes, gravy, & broccoli. Finn and Harrison gave him his present a skiing game that goes with the Wii fit he got in NM. After dinner we sang and had cake and ice cream. Wednesday Gavin's actually birthday was spent packing and preparing for Havasupai. He seems to have had a great time on his trip, but, did come home with LOTS of blisters that he has been covering with CARS bandaids, which, Harrison loves.
Inside the restaurant

Wii Ski
Cake
He got them all with a little help
All ready
Putting all the packs in the trailer

Cool!
Let me see!
I just want to say how lucky we are to have such a great Dad/Husband who is so loving and involved (willingly) in our lives. Gavin I love you!
(We are waiting for cds to be made of all the Havsupai pics then Gavin will do a post)

Who did you go to Havasupai with? Colton has been there and says it is a great place. Sorry about your blisters.

Maren, beautiful job on the frosting. It looks smooth and delicious.
